On the show, Bianca and Kritz talk about how some young people have been impacted by COVID-19 during the year, some things youth can do to support their mental health, the importance of self-care and gratitude, and how parents and families can support a young person who is struggling with their own mental health.

This episode discusses alcohol consumption and addiction, including: the prevalence of drinking among young people, how alcohol is connected to our culture in Australia, the risks of drinking for youth, and some things we can do to help us stay safe while drinking. For this we were fortunate to speak with Dr Brendon Dellar who is an Associate Professor of Clinical Psychology at Curtin University. Brendon specializes in the area of drug and alcohol consumption/addiction, and it was great hearing his insights and knowledge about this topic.
